How much does shipping cost?  Standard shipping starts at 10 Euro with track&trace.  If you want something shipped at your own risk please mention this with your order and I can offer an economy option for 5 Euro.  

When will my order be shipped?  I usually send out orders once a week, but sometimes it can take a few days longer. 

I would like to have something custom made, what do I do?  Just write me an email to [email protected] and we'll take it from there.   

Can I return a product to you and have a refund?  Yes. You have maximum 14 days to return a product and receive a full refund minus shipping costs. 

I would like to visit your shop. Do I need an appointment?  Just drop in if you happen to pass through Copenhagen, my shop is situated at Toldbodgade 11, 1253 K. If you're coming from abroad write me an email first just to be sure.
